This class focuses on simple movement and technique for adults looking for a relaxing way to express themselves through dance. Learn body placement and control while dancing to beautifully lyrical music.

Get tappin’! Whether you danced when you were a kid or you’re looking for a fun new challenge, Tap is a great way to stay in shape, while reifing your balance, rhythm, and musicality!
Adult Hip Hop
Mondays 8:00 - 9:00 Pm
This is so much better than your average fitness class! Get your heart pumping and start dancing in this challenging hip hop class for adults who want to let loose and have fun!
Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Ballet is a great way to maintain posture, balance, and alignment. If you have extensive dance experience and want to improve your technique or if you're new to ballet and want to challenge your body and mind, ballet teaches the building blocks for all other styles of dance. Learn the tradition that has been passed down through the generations for hundreds of years.
Saturdays 9:30 - 10:30 am
Get ready to break a sweat! This is a fitness class to keep you dancing, looking, and feeling your best! Strongly encouraged for all of our more advanced dancers, but open to all! This class is open to any and all age or ability level.
